Repairs &

Installations

I installed a pedestal sink and mirror cabinet for the customer. The pedestal sink needed to have a mounting board secured to the wall first so the sink can be affixed securely. Before installation, the mirror cabinet needed to have the previous opening framed smaller with finished drywall. The customer provided the paint for the wall.

Three ceiling fans replaced light fixtures to allow for better air movement for the customer.

Custom barn door build and wall hanging. For this basement remodel, I built two barn doors out of poplar. The plan was for the doors to be finished with a clear coat but the customer was pleased with the unfinished look.

Installed an exterior door and finished the outside mudroom area with T1-11 wood siding. The interior drywall was finished and trimmed out also.

The shower head would move in and out of the wall and was not secured tightly. I removed the panel around the shower head, install a cross piece between the studs, and secured the shower head to the cross piece. I covered the opening with a piece of drywall, covered the drywall with a waterproof piece of sheeting, and sealed the edges with caulking.
